#1 Do you offer warranty on your machines?

​Yes, 1 year on all removable parts such as spray heads, PTFE tubes, motors.

We also offer replacement parts included with your purchase, ensuring you`ve got everything you need to keep your machine in top condition.

 

#2 What containers perfumes are stored in?

In specially designed high quality durable glass bottles. They are airtight seal with entry for passing PTFE tube.

 

#3 How do you use the machine?

Select perfume from the menu on the touch screen. Make contactless payment. Wait for the push button to light up, then press it. Scent will be dispensed from the spray head above.

 

#4 How does the machine work?

Internal motor activates vacuum suction from the glass bottle that’s stores perfume, transporting it further to create the spray. We use air pressure valve in achieving this. No gas cannisters. Longer time of suction = longer spray projection. It can be regulated via built in software on the touch screen.

 

#5 Will the goods be delivered directly to my address?

Yes, your items will be delivered right to your doorstep. All international deliveries after arrival to country of destination will be then handled by courier company assigned in your region.

General simple maintenance is required from time to time. Mainly to ensure the spray heads are performing well and to monitor stock level.

 

#9 Who is the card payment operator?

The machine comes equipped with Nayax terminal. Nayax is a global provider of cashless payment solutions and vending machine management. Their systems integrate with vending machines to enable contactless payments (NFC, QR codes, credit/debit cards, prepaid cards) and provide operators with tools for inventory management, sales tracking, and machine monitoring.

Look for high-traffic areas such as office buildings, gyms, leisure centres, universities, bars, night clubs, hotels, restaurants , bus/train stations where potential customers frequent.
